Relax at the end of the day with the calming sounds of the celtic harp heart warming songs. The hour consists of a guided centering meditation.
Monday Evenings: 7:30 - 8:30 MST

To prepare for the call please:
1. Be available for the full hour
2. Find a comfortable and quite place to sit or lay down
3. Put your phone on silent/airplane mode
4. Have a pair of headphones or earbuds to increase sound quality
About Eily Aurora:
Eily is a singer/songwriter, harpist and facilitator in Calgary, Canada. A long-time practicing Buddhist, she loves to create safe spaces that inspire inner peace, connection and hope. Performing across stages in North America for over a decade, her second CD, A Journey of the Heart, was released in 2018. With a passion to support mental health, she founded the Home Shall Be Here project in 2019, which toured concerts and music workshops to 14 communities across western Canada. Eily is currently designing creative and participatory methods for mental wellness as a member of Alberta Social Innovation Connect's Community Catalyst Program.
